Sri Krishna Stories – Episode 6 – Warning From Goddess Durga

After the encounter with Goddess Durga, Kamsa felt very noble. However it lasted only for few hours! When he summoned his subjects and explained the last days happening and about the words of Goddess Durga. His evil subjects were none other than demons in the shape of men; they had a natural hatred towards Devas. The ministers spoke “You say that your enemy has taken birth somewhere else. Then it is obvious that the child is guarded very cautiously. Probably, the child is growing somewhere safely in a faraway place in the cowherds!” This made Kamsa evil again.

The ministers advised Kamsa to summon his demons and kill children in other cities too. They also reasoned out that devas, love the Brahmanas and live in their houses when they take birth on Earth! Kamsa finally gave in to the plans of his ministers!
