The 200-year-old beautiful temple of Jadya Maruti is named so because of the size of the idol. The temple is divided intro 3 stages, with each stage having cavities where idols are placed. It also has an exquisitely carved dome about 30' high. Arches surround the inner hall on all four sides. The 2 ft tall Maruti idol is mounted on a pedestal and is carved out of black rock. An idol of Ganapati (which is as tall as the Maruti idol) is placed close to the Maruti idol.
