Overview
Agraharabelguli is situated about 25 km from Channarayapatna in Hassan District. It is a charming and picturesque hamlet which attracts tourists and pilgrims from far and near. The village houses a magnificent temple called Keshaveshwara Temple which is an outstanding example of Hoysala art works with its stylish sculptures and highly intricate carvings. Keshaveshwara Temple, popularly known as Betteshwara, is situated at Agraharabelguli in Hassan District, about 25 km from Channarayapatna.
About The Temple
The main attraction here is the magnificent Keshava image 5 1/2 ft high, installed in the northern Garbhagriha, with four hands each adorned with conch, disc, club and lotus. Within the temple complex, lie two spaciously decorated porches where a Nandimantapa is attached with a 4 ft tall Nandi.

Bangalore airport is the nearest airport which is about 187 Km far from the city. Hassan Railway Station is about 2 km away from the city. There are frequent bus services from Bangalore (4hrs), Mysore (3 hrs) and Mangalore (4hrs) to Hassan.
