The Shiva temple is located in front of Govt. Shri Ram Chikitsalaya on Faizabad road. A huge Shivling is installed here on a square platform. It is believed that this temple was established by King Dashrath, who also performed Rudrabhishek here to be blessed with a son like Lord Ram. On Mondays, Shivratri, Malmas, Nagpanchami the temple is overcrowded with the devotees. (Timing: 4 am - 10 pm).
