At the peak of Kavaledurga fort, you would get a excellent scene of that complete surrounding. Inside Kavaledurga fort premises, there exists a huge rock on which you will see a small shrine named as "Shikhareshwara Temple", most likely for the reason that it is situated at the top most part and may also be observed from the bottom of this hill. To arrive at the temple, you will need to climb the slanting smooth rock.
