Built by Sri Annasaheb Sakharam Tajmane in Saka 1826, this temple was started to save old and disabled cattle from butchers. Another objective of providing fresh and pure milk for newborn cattle was added later on. Two long quadrangular balls form a narrow lane in between them. A small 10 arched canopy, at the end of this narrow passage, has a white marble idol of Krishna leaning on a cow. White and stained glass pieces decorate two pillars that form the front arch. There are two halls, where one is used as a cow shed and the other is let out on hire for dramas or marriage receptions.
