Meru Trayodashi

Meru Trayodashi is a recognition which is seen on the propitious event of the fulfillment of Niravana of the main Tirthankar of the Jain religion. The main Tirthankar of the Jain religion was Rishav Dev who had achieved Nirvana or a definitive salvation on this day. The heavenly place where he achieved Nirvana was the "Ashtapad Mountain" and this event is otherwise called the Nirvan Kalyanaka.
