Dedicated to the Monkey God who acquired immense fame for rendering his selfless and valuable services to Lord Rama is the Sri Hanuman Temple located at Ameerpet in Hyderabad. Erected with exquisite pillars and an enchanting idol of the Lord Hanuman, who is the epitome of sacrifice, valor, bravery and loyalty, this temple attracts a large number of devotees and other visitors. Worshiped with great zeal and fervor, as per the Vedic Astrology, it is also believed by many that the Lord Hanuman safeguards his worshipers and the whole mankind from the wrath of evil forces. The temple remains open daily for Darshan from 5:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the daytime and from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. during evening.
