Varadarajar Temple

The Varadarajar temple is situated in Chennai and is dedicated to both God Vishnu and God Shiva. This ancient twin temple, where God Shiva is called Arunachaleswarar, and God Vishnu is called Varadarajar is located on Annapillai Street in Sowcarpet. It is a shrine for goddess Abidagujambal which houses a gigantic idol of the deity.
