The major attraction in the village of Hansdehar is the Shiva temple and the Bindusar Tirth. It is believed that Rishi Kardam observed penance here for many years. His son Kapilamuni composed the Sankhya Shastra here.

Meaning -We worship the fragrant Lord Shiva, who has 3 eyes and who cultivates all beings. May He free me from death, for immortality, as even a cucumber is separated from its bond with the vine.
