Overview
Shankarjee Ka Mandir is situated near the Gangunr Ghat, Udaipur. Gangaur Ghat or Gangori Ghat is a main ghat located near the waterfront of Lake Pichola in Udaipur. It is situated near the Jagdish Chowk area. It is known for Bagore-ki-Haveli, a popular tourist destination of the city.

This west facing, Nagara style temple is situated about 1 km away from the Udaipur bus stand and has regular bus services operating in and out of it. The shikhar of the temple is curved and the main deity is a Shivling that is placed on an elevated structure.
