This hill is located in Gaya, Bihar. The hill is considered Holy as it is of popular belief that Lord Rama offered Pritipaksha to his ancestors on this hill. The name Ramesvara hence comes from this close association with Lord Rama. There is a temple dedicated to Lord Rama on this hill. The temple also has a shrine for Lord Hanuman.
