Puthukulangara Sri Badrakali Temple is located at Nedumangadu in Trivandrum District in Kerala. Nedumangadu is a municipality in Trivandrum district, Kerala, India . It is a suburb of the extended metropolitan region of Trivandrum city. It is located around 20 km to the north-east of Trivandrum city on the Trivandrum — Thenmala State Highway. It's also the headquarters of Nedumangadu taluk.

Puthukulangara Sri Badrakali Temple Festival beginning date is February 17, 2016. The famous Kuthiyottam ritual was organised in 2016 on February 26.
