The god is said to be adored in Nuggikeri town by a senior-individual from the Nuggikeri town having a place with the Nuggikeri Desai family The pratishtapana of the Lord balabheema was finished by his heavenliness Shri vyasaraja (the main saint in the court of Sri krishnadevaraya of Hampi) Till date the Lord hanuman sanctuary is being overseen by the same Desai family. The general population of the Desai family takes after an arrangement of paryaya (an arrangement of inner turn) in the administration of the sanctuary. The administration of the sanctuary changes once in consistently.


Festivals


Every year on the propitious day of chaitra Suddha poornima i.e, hanuman jayanti there is a jatra mahotsava. Every Saturday thousands of devotees visit the temple and offer prayers to Lord Hanuman
