This temple is located at Jalgaon in Maharashtra. The presiding deity is Goddess Lakshmi. The temple is constructed completely out of stone in traditional style, with a "Kalash" (pot-like structure) on the top of its tower. Brass bars are fitted on the four sides of the temple. The throne of the deity is plated in silver with fine carvings. The other deities are Lord Shiva in the form of a Shiv Ling, located behind the throne the presiding deity, an idol of Lord Ganesh and an idol of Lord Hanuman.
