The Mini Sabarimala Temple, because of its resemblance to the holy Shrine of Shree Dharma Sasthra at Sabarimala crowning the Western Ghats in Kerala, has been attracting thousands of devotees from all over Mumbai and nearby areas throughout the year. Unlike Sabarimala temple in Kerala this Mumbai Sabarimala temple is opened for worship through out the year. In addition to the Deities of Shree Ayyappa and Shree ganapathy, there is temple for Shree Bhagavati and Nagadevathas as well. Shree Ayyappa Seva Sangham an organization of devotees of Lord Ayyappa, registered under Societies Registration Act 1860 and under Bombay Public trust act, 1950 are responsible for reconstructing, renovating, managing and maintaining the temple.
