Located in the Cobhara part of the town, this Hemadpanti Ganesh temple excels in architectural and ornamental carvings. Various floral patterns and carvings are found inside the temple. The glory of Ambajogai is explained in an inscription on a stone block in the western wall. Another shrine dedicated to Ganapati is present near the Bhatgalli Naka. It is believed that Dasopant, the well-known saint and poet resided in this temple.
