This reticulated, wall less, Malabar wood construction is an old temple in Jalgaon. Constructed at a cost of Rs. 25, 000, the temple's roof is fitted with Mangalore tiles. On October 21, 1958, a silver pedestal for the goddess was built using one maund of silver. There are also shrines for the Mahadev and Lord Maruti.
