Situated in the Marva di Galli, this temple, dated to be a century old, belongs to Mahesvari Marvadi Samaj. The temple has idols of Ram, Lakshman, Sita, Radha Krishna, Balaji and a few others. The idol of Balaji is carved in silver and has an umbrella over its head. It is comparatively smaller than the white marble stone idols of Ram, Lakshman, Sita and Radha Krishna. The sabha mandap has a wooden ceiling and a tiled floor. The idol of Dattatraya, with a cow behind it, is located to the right of the sabha mandap. A pedestal with 8 cement pillars and supporting arches between them supports this idol. A similar pedestal is present opposite this one, but it holds an idol of Ganapati.
