Amareshwara Temple is one of the appealing sanctuaries of Lingasuguru Taluku. Inside the Lord Sri Amareshawar Temple a Shivalinga Moorthy(idol), a small well is present. Devotees indicate the little well as "Gadagi Bhavi".From the well, water enters the primary sanctuary and ranges to shivalinga and after that to pool (called Honda in Kannada) where individuals used to take pool water as theertha.


Festivals


Annual carnival is held in the month of Phalguna and the day of Holi/Kamana Hunnime/Pournami. Carnival extends for about a month. Around six to eight number of drama companies takes role in in fair.
