God Vishnu was very happy with their worshipping and so he appeared in front of them. They were very happy. Sages wanted God to bless them in His original form. He obliged their request and was in the form of God Adi Jagannatha. From then, the place came to be known as Tirupullani. After a long time, Goddess Padmasani’s shrine was also built here. According to Hindu mythology, Emperor Dasaratha came to know about the mantra for child boon at this place only and he was blessed with God Rama and his brothers as his sons.
