Phalgun Mahina is the twelfth month in a customary Hindi date-book followed in North India. A month in these districts is computed from the day after Purnima or full moon to the following Purnima. This logbook is taken after for the most part in Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Haryana, Bihar and Chhattisgarh and other North Indian states.
