Masik Shivaratri
The day of Masik Shivratri in the month of Sawan, which is considered a holy month in Hinduism by devotees of Lord Shiva, is known as Sawan Shivratri. Popularly celebrated around India, particularly in the northern states, Sawan Shivratri witnesses Shiva pujas at various Shiva temples.
