God Ganesha

Gajaananam bhuuta gannaadi sevitam

Kapittha jambuu phala saara bhakshitam

Umaa sutam shoka vinaasha kaarannam

Namaami Vigneshvara paada pankajam

Meaning:
I pray to Sri Gajananam, with an elephant face, who the Bhuta Ganas serve and everyone else too,
Who eats the core of wood apple and rose apples,
Who is the progeny of Goddess Parvati and the God who destroys sorrow,
I fall at Vigneshwara’s lotus feet, as you are the God who removes obstacles.
